Changes to family migration rules

UK immigration rules for families have changed from 9 July this year. Other important changes regarding EEA citizens and freedom of movement are due to come in October.  We are in the process of updating our Encyclopedia of Rights notes on immigration/marriage/civil partnerships/partnerships to reflect this.
