We do not offer a drop-in advice service. Advice is provided via our telephone advice lines and we arrange face to face meetings with clients where required.
Legal representation
We know how stressful it can be to take a case against an employer. As far as possible, we will help you to resolve your problem out of court. However, where necessary, we provide legal representation at the Employment Tribunal.
We prioritise our legal representation service for cases that raise complex or technical legal issues or points of public importance.
Although we can provide advice in relation to discrimination at work, we will be unable to represent you in court if your case solely relates to discrimination. Where appropriate, we will refer you to the Equality Commission for legal representation in this area of employment law.
