If you employ European nationals you may be worried about the impact of Brexit on your labour force. Equally, your staff may have concerns about what the future holds and about the steps they must take to secure their right to remain and work in the UK.
This half-day seminar will equip employers with an understanding of what Brexit means for their workforce and how they can ensure a smooth transition for their EU employees when the UK leaves the EU on 29 March 2019.
The event will consist of two sessions delivered by experts in their fields:
- Session 1 will provide an overview of workers' rights post-Brexit with a focus on the EU settlement scheme.
- Session 2 will offer an overview of the Home Office's right-to-work checks.
Who should attend?
Employers who have EU nationals in their workforce. This half-day seminar would also benefit Human Resource and Management professionals.
